Competitive Teams

To field competitive teams that further the development of our athletes by providing game-environment opportunities to help further develop skills, build team-play experience and strengthen competitive readiness. In Spring 2025 we'll have the following teams:

• 3rd/4th grade boys
• 7th grade boys
• 8th grade boys
• High School Girls
• Middle School Girls

• For Elementary aged athletes we'll have "Competitive Academy" teams organized by grade level. They will play organized games vs other local programs and schools and compete in local tournaments in Raleigh and Durham. 
• For Middle and High School players we'll have Dribble & Swish Elite teams. These will play regularly against local teams, compete in local and regional tournaments. 

We'll be hosting regular "Dribble & Swish Invitational" games many Saturdays between 2-4 with local teams at our facility. 

Membership is a prerequisite for all our competitive team as they're expected to attend regular Dribble & Swish training sessions. There will be a fee on sign up which will cover uniform costs and tournaments.

We expect all our players to work on their own, in our academy, and with their teams. Teams are kept small, and all playing time in games is earned through work and attitude in practice. We will compete locally and expand as our skill level demands it.  

• Competitive Academy will have 1 team practice and 1 assigned academy session each week 
• Dribble & Swish Elite will have 1 team practice, 1 team workout and 1 assigned small group academy each week

All tryouts will be held at Dribble and Swish

3/4 Grade Boys Feb 1 from 2 - 3 

7th Grade Boys Feb 8 from 1230 - 200

 8th Grade Boys  Feb 1 from 300 - 430 

MS and HS Girls Feb 8 from 2 - 330
