What kinds of credit packs are there?
Each program has its own credit type: Academy & Class credits for Academy classes and small-group clinics, Private Training credits for private/small/large-group training, Shooting credits for 30-minute Dr. Dish sessions, and Little Dribblers credits for Little Dribblers classes. Pick the pack that matches the program your athlete attends.
Do unused credits roll over?
Membership credits reset at the start of each billing month and don't carry over. Credit pack credits sit on your Upper Hand account until used, following Upper Hand's standard expiration policy.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change or cancel your membership from your Upper Hand account at any time.
How do I book classes with my credits?
Sign in to Upper Hand, pick the class or session you want, and your credits are applied automatically at checkout.
