Basketball Academy
Academy classes are separated into groups by age and, where possible, by skill level.
After School Academy - 4pm and 5pm
Advanced - M - Th 8pm - 9pm
Girls Training - Mondays and Fridays at 7pm

Academy Breakdown
Dribbling Focus
On Mondays and Tuesdays we focus on Dribbling and everything connected to dribbling
Finishing Focus
On Wednesdays, we spend our Academy time working on how we finish around the basket. Post moves, floaters, fade aways, etc.
Shooting Focus
On Thursdays and Fridays we hold our shooting Academy. We work on form, footwork, arm and hand positioning, and practice techniques
Advanced Academy
Monday through Thursday nights from 8 - 9, this is for middle and high school level players looking for an hour of intense basketball training.
