Weekdays from 430p - 6p
Academy classes are separated by age starting every 30 min. You can test out to the higher level if you've got the skills.
Ages
5 - 12 Basic skills and movement
8 - 12 Intermediate skills and game decision-making
10 - 16 Putting together all the pieces for the complete player
Academy Breakdown
Dribbling Academy
On Mondays and Tuesdays we focus on Dribbling and everything connected to dribbling
Finishing Academy
On Wednesdays, we spend our Academy time working on how we finish around the basket. Post moves, floaters, fade aways, etc.
Shooting Academy
On Thursdays and Fridays we hold our shooting Academy. We work on form, footwork, arm and hand positioning, and practice techniques
Advanced Academy
Wednesday nights from 8 - 9, this is for middle and high school level players looking for a full hour of intense basketball training.
