Behavior Policy

 Purpose
At Dribble and Swish, we aim to provide a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all our patrons. This behavior policy outlines the expected conduct to ensure everyone's experience is positive and respectful.

General Conduct

• Respect: Treat all staff, coaches, players, and visitors with respect. No discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, age, or any other personal characteristic will be tolerated.
• Safety: Always follow safety guidelines and instructions from staff. Use equipment appropriately and only as intended.
• Cleanliness: Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility by cleaning up after yourself, disposing of trash properly, and reporting any messes or damage to staff.

Facility Rules

• Court Usage: Follow court rules and time limits. No food or drink (except water and sports drinks) on or around playing areas. 
• Dress Code: Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required. No street shoes on the court.
• Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels. No loud shouting or disruptive behavior outside of gameplay.

Children and Youth

• Supervision: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times unless participating in a supervised program.
• Programs: Follow all rules and instructions given by coaches or program leaders.

Prohibited Behavior

• Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying, including verbal, physical, or cyber, is strictly prohibited.
• Vandalism and Theft: Damaging property or stealing will result in immediate removal from the facility and possible legal action.
• Substance Use: No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or drugs on the premises.
• Weapons: No weapons of any kind are allowed in the facility.

Enforcement

• Warnings: Minor infractions will generally result in a verbal warning.
• Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension from the facility.
• Permanent Ban: In cases of severe or repeated violations, individuals may be banned from the facility permanently.

Reporting Misconduct

• Please report any misconduct or safety concerns to a staff member immediately.

Consequences

• Consequences for breaking this policy can include, but are not limited to, warnings, removal from the premises, suspension of membership privileges, or legal action.

Appeals

• If you feel you've been unfairly treated, you can appeal by submitting a written statement to the management within 14 days of the incident.

Amendments

• This policy may be updated at any time. We will notify patrons of significant changes through our website and facility notices.

 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Memberships may be canceled with written notice 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months. The Facility reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of facility rules or inappropriate behavior.
