Every athlete training or playing at Dribble & Swish needs a signed waiver on file. It only takes a minute to complete online.

We aim to provide a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for every patron. Here's what we expect from everyone in the building.
General conduct
- Respect
- Treat all staff, coaches, players, and visitors with respect. No discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, age, or any other personal characteristic will be tolerated.
- Safety
- Always follow safety guidelines and instructions from staff. Use equipment appropriately and only as intended.
- Cleanliness
- Help keep the facility clean — pick up after yourself, dispose of trash properly, and report any messes or damage to staff.
Facility rules
- Court usage
- Follow court rules and time limits. No food or drink (except water and sports drinks) on or around playing areas.
- Dress code
- Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking court shoes required. No street shoes on the court.
- Noise levels
- Keep noise reasonable. No loud shouting or disruptive behavior outside of gameplay.
Children & youth
- Supervision
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times unless participating in a supervised program.
- Programs
- Follow all rules and instructions given by coaches and program leaders.
Prohibited behavior
- Bullying & harassment
- Any form of bullying — verbal, physical, or cyber — is strictly prohibited.
- Vandalism & theft
- Damaging property or stealing will result in immediate removal from the facility and possible legal action.
- Substance use
- No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or drugs on the premises.
- Weapons
- No weapons of any kind are allowed in the facility.
Enforcement
- Warnings
- Minor infractions will generally result in a verbal warning.
- Suspension
- Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension from the facility.
- Permanent ban
- In cases of severe or repeated violations, individuals may be banned from the facility permanently.
- Appeals
- If you feel you've been unfairly treated, you can appeal by submitting a written statement to management within 14 days of the incident.

- Name, address, email, phone number, and payment details when you book a reservation, join a membership, or purchase products or services.

Cancellation policy
Memberships may be canceled with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months. The facility reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of facility rules or inappropriate behavior.
